一、学校简介
山东工商学院始建于1985年，坐落在联合国授予的“最适合人类居住的城市”、最佳中国魅力城市、中国首批14个沿海开放城市--烟台市，依山傍海，风景秀丽。学校以经济、管理、信息学科见长，是一所以财商教育为特色的开放式高水平财经类大学，集本科生教育、研究生教育、继续教育和留学生教育多层次办学格局为一体。现有57个本科专业，17个二级院（部）、7个研究院、36个研究所（中心），全日制在校本科生、研究生20851人。
学校坚持全方位开放合作，推进教育国际化，设有教育部批准的山东省最早的本科中外合作办学机构—国际商学院，先后与美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、意大利、韩国、日本等国家的50余所高校建立了友好合作关系。学校大力发展来华留学生教育，设有山东省政府外国留学生奖学金、新生奖学金、优秀学生奖学金、HSK优胜奖学金，是中外语言合作交流中心批准的汉语水平考试（HSK）网络考试考点。
二、学院简介
环球360手机版登录入口成立于2015年8月。学院目前设有金融学（始于2002年）、财政学（始于2003年）、投资学、金融工程、金融科技、保险学六个本科专业和财富管理本科人才培养方向，金融学、财政学两个学术型硕士点及金融硕士专业学位授权类别，初步形成了涵盖本科——硕士的相互支撑、优势互补的金融学科专业群。学院有省级协同创新中心“金融服务转型升级协同创新中心”、山东省十三五学科建设平台“山东半岛经济社会发展研究中心（省级智库）”，以及与山东省宏观经济研究院共建的省级研究生联合培养基地。
金融学院拥有一支职称、学历、年龄和学缘结构合理，且具有发展潜力的教学科研团队。学院现有教职工65人，专职教师48人，其中教授7人，副教授18人，博士生导师2人，硕士生导师20人，具有博士学位的教师占85%。目前有享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家1人，山东省教学名师1人，山东省智库高端人才1人，山东省理论人才百人工程入选专家1名，山东省本科教育教学指导委员会委员2人，烟台市突贡专家1人，烟台市政府咨询专家1人，烟台市优秀社科工作者1人。
近五年来，金融学院教师在国际金融与跨境资本流动、财富管理与资本市场、商业银行经营与管理三方面形成了稳定的研究方向，已获批国家社科基金项目13项，国家自然科学基金项目4项，教育部人文社科规划项目12项，山东省社科基金项目和山东省自然科学基金项目等省级项目27项。在《金融研究》《财贸经济》《国际金融研究》《财政研究》等权威学术期刊发表论文270余篇，出版专著22部；获山东省社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖1次、二等奖4次、三等奖2次，获山东省省级教学成果奖二等奖1次；多项政策建议获省委主要领导批示。
三、学位点简介
（一）应用经济学学术硕士
目前设有金融学、财政学两个研究生招生方向。其中，金融学是山东工商学院“十二五”强化建设学科和“十三五”重点建设学科。有省级协同创新中心“金融服务转型升级协同创新中心”以及与山东省宏观经济研究院共建的省级研究生联合培养基地。
近年来，毕业研究生考取了国内包括中国人民大学、南开大学、武汉大学、中央财经大学、东北财经大学、暨南大学、中南财经政法大学、天津财经大学、首都经济贸易大学等多所名校的博士研究生，升学比例超过40%。就业单位主要包括中国人民银行、财政局、税务局等政府机构，以及商业银行、证券公司、保险公司等金融机构。
（二）金融专硕
本着“服务地方、面向全国、依托优势、紧扣需求”的理念，以服务于山东省经济金融发展和“新旧动能转换”为基本目标，以金融行业发展的社会需求为导向，充分发挥我校学科与区位优势，致力于培养具有较高理论水平和实务技能的金融分析师、风险管理师、产品设计师等高层次应用型金融人才。
拥有丰富的教学实习实践资源，已经与中国人民银行烟台中心支行、中国建设银行烟台分行、中国农业银行烟台分行、恒丰银行总行、中信证券、烟台农村商业银行以及山东能源集团有限公司、兖矿集团有限公司等多家企业签署了合作协议，共建实习和实践基地，担任校外兼职导师。每年合作单位派经验丰富的专家到学校讲学，学校派学生到合作单位实习和实践，取得了良好的效果，提升了学生的实践能力和就业竞争力。
主要研究方向包括：
国际金融理论与应用方向：主要研究跨境资本流动对经济的冲击及汇率波动风险。
衍生品投资与财富管理：主要研究黄金及其衍生品的交易、投资，以及财富管理中的风险问题。
金融管理与风险控制方向：主要研究金融风险识别、度量、金融体系风险分担和银行间市场的风险传染与免疫。

1. University Introduction
Founded in 1985, Shandong Technology and Business University (SDTBU) is located in Yantai, one of the first 14 open coastal cities in China, which is awarded by the United Nations as "the most suitable city for human habitation" and the best charming city in China. The university is specialized in Economics, Management and Information Science. It is an open, high-level university of Finance and Economics featuring Wealth Management, integrating undergraduate education, postgraduate education, continuing education and international student education. Currently, there are 57 undergraduate subjects, 17 schools (departments), 7 research institutes, 36 research centres, and 20,851 full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The university adheres to all-dimensional opening and cooperation and promotes the internationalization of education. It has the earliest undergraduate Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution in Shandong Province approved by the Ministry of Education—the International Business School. The university has established friendly relations with more than 50 universities in more than 20 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, Japan and South Korea. The university is committed to developing the education of international students in China. It has set up scholarships for foreign students including the International Students Scholarship of the Shandong provincial government, the School President Scholarship, the Outstanding Student Scholarship and the HSK Excellence Scholarship. The university is an online test site for the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) approved by the Chinese Center for Language Education and Cooperation.
2. School Introduction
The School of Finance was established in August 2015. In July 2018, the university approved the establishment of the School of Wealth Management, which is jointly run with the School of Finance. The school currently has six undergraduate subjects in Finance (started in 2002), Public Finance (started in 2003), Investment, Financial Engineering, Financial Technology, Insurance, and wealth management undergraduate talent training direction. The School of Finance has two academic master's programs in Finance and Public Finance, as well as the authorized category of professional master's degrees in finance. It initially formed a professional group of financial disciplines covering undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The school has a provincial collaborative innovation center "Financial Service Transformation and Upgrading Collaborative Innovation Center", Shandong Provincial 13th Five-Year Discipline Construction Platform "Shandong Peninsula Economic and Social Development Research Center (Provincial Think Tank)", and a provincial postgraduate joint training base co-constructed with Shandong Academy of Macroeconomics.
The School of Finance (School of Wealth Management) has a teaching and research team with reasonable professional titles, educational background, age, academic background structure and development potential. There are currently 65 staff in the school, including 48 full-time teachers, 7 professors, 18 associate professors, 2 PhD supervisors, and 20 master supervisors. 85% of them have doctoral degrees. At present, there is 1 expert who enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council, 1 famous teaching teacher in Shandong Province, 1 high-end talent in Shandong Think Tank, 1 expert selected for the Shandong Provincial Theoretical Talents Project, 2 members of the Shandong Provincial Undergraduate Education and Teaching Steering Committee, 1 outstanding contribution expert in Yantai City, 1 Yantai government consulting expert, and 1 outstanding social science worker in Yantai.
In the past five years, the teachers of the School of Finance (School of Wealth Management) have formed a stable research direction in three aspects: international finance and cross-border capital flow, wealth management and capital market, and commercial bank operation and management. 13 projects have been approved by the National Social Science Fund of China, and 4 projects by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The school has also approved 12 projects of the Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Project of the Ministry of Education, 27 provincial projects of the Shandong Provincial Social Science Fund Project and the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Project. There are more than 270 papers and 22 monographs published in top academic journals such as "Financial Research", "Finance and Trade Economics", "International Financial Research" and "Financial Research". Staff in the school has won 1 first prize, 4 second prize and 2 third prizes of the Shandong Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, and 1 second prize of the Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. A number of policy proposals have been approved by the main leaders of the provincial party committee.
3. Degree Introduction
(1)Academic Master in Applied Economics
There are two postgraduate subjects in Finance and Public Finance currently. Among them, Finance is the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” intensive construction subject of SDTBU and Public Finance is the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” main subject of SDTBU. The school has a provincial collaborative innovation center "Financial Service Transformation and Upgrading Collaborative Innovation Center", and a provincial postgraduate joint training base co-constructed with Shandong Academy of Macroeconomics.
In recent years, more than 40% of our postgraduate students have continued their PhD studies at many famous universities in China, including Renmin University of China, Nankai University, Wuhan University, Centrl University of Finance and Economics, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Jinan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Capital University of Economics and Business, etc. Other postgraduate students are mainly employed by: government agencies such as the People's Bank of China, the Bureau of Finance, and the Taxation Bureau, as well as financial institutions such as commercial banks, securities companies, and insurance companies.
(2) Professional Master in Finance
In line with the concept of "serving the local area, facing the whole country, relying on advantages, and closely following the needs", the basic goal is to serve the economic and financial development of Shandong Province and the "replacement of old growth drivers with new ones". This program is guided by the social needs of the development of the financial industry and gives full play to our advantages of the school's discipline and location. It is committed to cultivating high-level applied financial talents with high theoretical levels and practical skills, such as financial analysts, risk managers, and product designers.
The school has abundant teaching and practice resources. It has cooperated with many companies and institutions to jointly build internship and practice bases and serve as off-campus part-time supervisor, e.g., Yantai Central Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China, Yantai Branch of China Construction Bank, Yantai Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Hengfeng Bank, CITIC Securities, Yantai Rural Commercial Bank, Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd., Yankuang Co., Ltd. Group Co., Ltd. Every year, experienced experts from these companies and institutions come to the school to give lectures, and our students go to the companies and institutions for internships and practice. That has achieved good results and improved the students' practical ability and employment competitiveness.
The main research directions include:
Theoretical and Applied International Finance: mainly focusing on the impact of cross-border capital flows on the economy and the risk of exchange rate fluctuations.
Derivatives Investment and Wealth Management: the trading and investment of gold and its derivatives, as well as the risk issues in wealth management.
Financial Management and Risk Management: financial risk identification and measurement, financial system risk sharing and risk contagion and immunity in the inter-bank market.

7. Application Materials
All students are required to provide:
(1) SDTBU Application Form for International Students, with signature and 2-inch white background photos
(2) Copy of the passport photo page (the original passport must be presented when registering) Students in China need to provide scanned copies of the visa page and residence permit page, entrance of China page.
(3) Physical examination certificate. The medical examination result is valid for 6 months.
(4) Police-clearance certificate. The police clearance certificate is valid for 6 months.
(5) Bank statement to demonstrate your financial situation.
(6) Students who are studying Chinese language or pre-sessional courses in China should provide a letter of introduction, certificate of completion or transfer certificate provided by the school they are studying.
Except above documents, the following should also be provided to apply for the postgraduate degree:
(1) Copy of the bachelor's degree certificate
(2) Copy of undergraduate transcripts
(3) Subjects in English:
Certificate of English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or other corresponding level certificate. If there is no Certificate of English proficiency, the school will organize an examination and interview to test students’ English proficiency.

HSK level 4 Certificate of Chinese Proficiency. If there is no HSK certificate, the student should have the Chinese Proficiency test by SDTBU. Applicants can start their courses after reaching the requirements of Chinese language proficiency.
